A pioneer, strategist and senior executive in the Business Continuity Services field for over 20 years, Mr. Nolan's broad base of knowledge of business, information technology, risk management and organizational logistics provides important depth and scope to the Eagle Rock portfolio of capabilities. His career accomplishments trace the industry's evolution from disaster recovery for batch mainframe systems through to comprehensive real-time business continuity service programs for complex, distributed global architectures.

In 1998, Mr. Nolan formed Eagle Rock, Ltd. by acquiring and merging the established business continuity and disaster recovery practice areas of two New York area firms. As President and CEO of the firm, Mr. Nolan leads the effort to manage and build upon the company's established primary business areas of Enterprise Resilience, Business Continuity, Emergency Response, Crisis Management and related Technology Consulting.

Previously, Mr. Nolan had served as Senior Vice President for the Mid-Atlantic region of SunGard Availability Services (formerly Comdisco). He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the School of Civil & Environmental Engineering at Cornell University.
